How soon can you come out?
Same-week service in most areas. When you submit the form, our team finds the next appointment that fits your schedule. Active infestations are prioritised.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
In most cases, no. For standard interior and exterior treatments you can stay. If a specialised treatment requires you to step out for a while, your technician tells you in advance and explains exactly why.
What if the pests come back?
We come back too, at no charge. Free re-services are included with every plan — if pests return between scheduled visits, we re-treat until they are gone.
Which pests do you handle?
